Ceramics Petra Saurugg

Hartberg

The ceramic pigsty is an open workshop and has a sales room. It is located on Herrengasse, just a few meters away from Hartberg's main square.

The ceramic artist Petra Saurugg uses her hands to shape the ancient material clay into individual objects and vessels.

In her workshop, for example, series of tableware in small editions, figures and ceramics for home and garden, but also jewelry, objects and figures made of Raku ceramics and porcelain are created.

Many of her works can be viewed with a certain tongue in cheek, and in a cheerful way direct the viewer's gaze to a sensual point of view. The love of craftsmanship and detail can be felt in all of her work. Take a look around the creative world of Petra Saurugg.
