The restaurant, founded in 1986, is deeply rooted in the tradition of regional cuisine and is now run by Daniel Edelsbrunner, who enriches it with modern influences. Guests can choose between the down-to-earth tavern "Das Kupferdachl" and the exquisite gourmet area "Das Edelsbrunner." Das Kupferdachl is known for its hearty dishes that evoke childhood memories, while Das Edelsbrunner delights with intricately crafted creations and a surprise menu that is currently awarded three Gault&Millau toques.
