Restaurant Valek's Platzhirsch is run by Sylvia Valek and Manfred Brus, and is still known to many as "Ferdl's". Our Likal offers a unique, rustic ambience that you won't find anywhere else in Graz!
We serve our guests traditional Austrian home cooking, fresh fish and seafood and always have seasonal delicacies on our menu. Everyone will find something to suit their taste - from Backhenderl or Zwiebelrostbraten to steak, calamari, mussels or our popular house platters. Of course, we also have vegetarian and vegan dishes on our menu.
In addition, we offer our guests seasonal speciality days, such as fish weeks, game weeks, goose dinners, Spanish days and much more....
Every 2 weeks we have our barbecue evenings - also with different themes.
We also offer the ideal setting for celebrations, from weddings to birthdays, company parties, Christmas parties etc.
We can also accommodate large groups and coaches!
We also offer seminar rooms. An advantage for our guests is of course the adjacent I AM Hotel Seiersberg.
Of course, all meals can also be taken away, and we also offer catering.
