In the centre of Ehrenhausen, the Weinbank combines a traditional inn, a 4-toque restaurant and an excellent wine bar under one roof. The renowned hosts Gerhard Fuchs ("Chef of the Year 2004") and Christian Zach ("Sommelier of the Year 2021") offer a successful mix of classic and exceptional cuisine.
There is no fixed menu in the 4-toque restaurant - here the annual rhythm of southern Styria determines the dishes.
In the vinotheque, you can purchase selected wines and limited editions by the bottle or box. Sommelier Christian Zach will be happy to advise you. In the shop you will also find culinary specialities from chef Gerhard Fuchs to take home as well as cookery books and much more.
