Buschenschank Hakl in Sichauf bei St. Anna/A.
St. Anna/AigenBuschenschank with house specialties from our own production at the border of Styria and Burgenland in Sichauf near St. Anna am Aigen.
Idyllically situated is the Buschenschank of the Hakl family in Sichauf near St. Anna am Aigen. Directly at the "Three-Country Corner" of southeastern Styria, southern Burgenland, and Slovenia. Oh yes, and in a few minutes, one can even reach Hungary. Truly a border-crosser. The food, juices, and wines available are borderingly great as well. The Hakl family serves only what they themselves enjoy eating. The meat products come entirely from their own pigs. The meat is refined according to old recipes and processed into cured meats, cumin roast, Verhackertes, and much more. But not only the meat products are homemade—the farmer's bread is also always freshly baked by the lady of the house in the old bread oven.
Of course, a good glass of wine is also part of the snack – and that is available from their own cultivation as well. Starting with Welschriesling, Sämling 88, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc to Traminer and Blaufränkisch, Franz Hakl offers a variety of wines from the Vulkanland Steiermark DAC.
Open on holidays from 3:00 PM.
