Buch-Sankt MagdalenaThe Marachl family offers a variety of delicacies: kernel oil, fine brandies, smoked meats, sausages, spreads and fresh farmhouse bread made to order.
The assortment:
- Bread: (also available as organic products) farmhouse bread, mixed spelt bread, wholemeal bread, oilseed bread, wholemeal spelt bread.
- Pastries: salt sticks, buns, cheese sticks, rolls, baguettes, etc.
- Pork products: (nitrite/nitrate-free) smoked meats, sausages, Kranzbraune, liver spread, Verhackert, grammel spread
- Gifts: Gift baskets with products of your choice and "Jausenmänner". Brandy: pear, plum and apple brandy
- Oils: Styrian pumpkin seed oil
NEW: from now on nitrite- and nitrate-free smoked products are offered - cured only with natural salt (Himalaya) and cane sugar
It is possible to buy the products from the farm in our own farm store or at the regional farmers' market in Bad Waltersdorf, in the farm store Burgau, in the warehouse Hartberg and Pöllau, at the ADEG Grabner in St. Magdalena (smoked products), in the department store Rodler in Kaindorf, at the ADEG Grabner in Pöllau and in the SPAR market Dorn in Neudau.
