Riegersburg lakeside resort
RiegersburgAt the foot of the Riegersburg, a generously designed lakeside bath invites you to refreshment and relaxation. You will be spoiled with culinary delights in the lakeside restaurant in a wonderful location.
Bathing fun at the foot of Riegersburg Castle
At the foot of the majestic Riegersburg Castle, the lakeside bath with 18,000 square meters of water surface entices visitors to refresh and relax. The lake water is so clear because it is purified naturally via biotopes and then fed into the bathing lake. For a welcome change from the daily grind, in addition to plenty of swimming fun a children's paddling pool with a play stream, a 36-meter-long water slide and a water trampoline are offered.
For all sports-minded visitors, there is now also a three- and five-meter diving tower and a climbing wall. Around the water there is a large lawn for sunbathing, two beach volleyball courts, a playground for the little ones and a pit-pat and table tennis facility. Always in view: the Riegersburg!
Seehaus Riegersburg
Directly connected to the lakeside swimming area is a restaurant called "Seehaus Riegersburg". If you're imagining soggy fries and greasy schnitzel sandwiches, think again. This team has managed something quite rare: striking the perfect balance between a fun spot for swimmers of all ages, a rest stop for cyclists and tour groups, and a gourmet oasis for those with refined tastes. By the way, the exclusive design is the work of none other than Andreas Stern!
The opening hours are weather-dependent.
